maintenance company founded in 1997. We offer a full range of
services including back plant development, new title plant builds, plant
maintenance, scanning, posting and TitleSearch® software sales and
support. The services provided by Kimmel Corporation have been designed
from a title perspective resulting in a company uniquely suited to
provide modern, comprehensive title planting services to title offices
throughout the United States. All planting work is completed here in
our offices in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. We out- source none of our work
overseas. Our quality controls and accuracy rates are at the top
of the industry.
Today Kimmel Corp maintains 48 counties on a go forward basis for 29
title companies throughout the United States. To date, All of our
23 new plant builds have passed state insurance commissions inspection
upon first review.
